I have drawn on my wonderfully diverse life experiences and professional knowledge to offer caring, respectful and compassionate help to those who need it.
Mine has been a far from ordinary life. Working on two documentaries in Palestine, crewing superyachts & travelling the world. Living with indigenous Australians in country providing empowerment, support & guidance, education to healthy lifestyle choices & respecting the body predominately with women & children. I enjoy scuba diving & hoola hooping for core strength.
Living in the beautiful Northern Rivers area of NSW, I am keen environmentalist and is respectful of the varied alternative beliefs the region is famous for.
